At Belgrave Care Ltd we aim to ensure all our customers maintain their independence and lead fulfilling lives. Each individual customer will have their own person-centred plan to follow, making sure all the tasks are completed to a high standard. These may be tasks that the customer finds difficult to do themselves, or are just struggling a little. A bit of extra help can go a long way and make such a difference.

The services we provide are unique to each customer. Below we have listed our most requested services to give a brief overview of how we can assist you.

All care packages are bespoke to each customer, ensuring every detail is captured in the Care Plan – often the small details can be the most important part for our customers.

Personal Care

We will provide assistance with all personal care needs, for example bathing, washing, showering, dressing, undressing, medication administration, catheter care and oral health.

Meal Preparation

We can help prepare meals or food for you. If customers require assistance with eating or drinking, our staff will discreetly provide help with sensitivity and care. Our staff will make sure they take into account any dietary needs of our customers.

Domestic Services

Our staff will support our customers with household chores, such as washing the dishes, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, attending to the laundry and support with recycling.

Shopping, Pension/Prescription Collection, Post

Our staff will support you by taking you shopping, or if you prefer, they will go and do the shopping for you. Staff will also help you pay your bills, collect your pension or post your mail. We can also collect your prescriptions.

Social Outings – Appointments

Customers may like a drive out to the countryside or want to visit friends. Our staff can support you to take you on a trip out for the day or to visit family. We have often supported customers with hospital appointments as well as family get-togethers such as weddings.

A dog walking service is also available.

Companionship – Live-in Care

We can provide a full time live-in carer. The carer will be introduced once the Care Plan has been created by our team. We will match the carer to our customer, and arrange a meet and greet meeting. If all goes well, we will then set up the live-in care support. Every detail will be recorded in the Care Plan. Live-in carers will assist with all personal care needs, cleaning, laundry, attending and arranging appointments, outings, preparing meals and administering medication.

We can also provide a flexible sit-in service, which gives the customer’s family/carer time to take a well-earned break.

Sleepovers – Waking Nights

We will provide sleepovers to give peace of mind to our customers and respite for their families. Waking Nights are when our staff are on hand throughout the night.

Safe and Well Checks

A Safe and Well Check can be anything from a reminder to take medication, drawing the curtains, securing the property and making a snack or hot drink. This gives both the customer and their family peace of mind.
