Most of our care team are drivers with access to a vehicle. Working on a weekly rota basis, we like to keep continuity for our staff – regular customers calls for regular staff.
Our working hours are flexible. You can work any time between 7am until 22pm. This will be agreed at start-up.
Jenny celebrates her new role
Care Worker Jenny Smythe has received such good feedback from our clients that she celebrated with a bottle of bubbly. Never having worked in the care industry before, Jenny has gone from strength to strength and loves her work, getting to know her Neston clients.
Great team meeting
Our Care Workers enjoyed a get-together at a recent team meeting. We welcomed new Care Workers and thanked everyone for all their hard work – we really have a great team!
